All items are handcrafted with devotion by tribal women artisans in Banaskantha, Gujarat. Orders are hand-packed in eco-friendly packaging and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Threshold

• Orders over ₹1,000: FREE Express Shipping across all delivery PIN codes in India.
• Orders under ₹1,000: Flat ₹50 nominal shipping fee charged at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

We ship via insured courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC). Estimated delivery timelines:

• Gujarat & Metro Cities: 2 – 3 Business Days
• Rest of India: 3 – 5 Business Days
